- Able to set patterns
On the recommendation of the Public Monitoring Office, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and determine the format of any subject in accordance with this regulation, including cost estimates of goods, cost estimates of consulting services, cost estimates of other services.
